Smoking has a direct correlation to lung disease. Chemicals from cigarette smoke affect the whole body when it enters the bloodstream. It causes more than 14 different types of cancer.   1. Fruits and Veggies

  1. Alcohol

To decrease the risk of cancer, you don’t have to stop consuming alcohol altogether. The less you consume, the lower your risk of acquiring cancer.

  1. Sunlight

Getting too much UV exposure is the main cause of skin cancers. The rate at which people acquire malignant melanomas – the most serious type of skin cancer, is rising rapidly. Protect yourself when you’re out in the sun by using sunscreen and hats to cover up.

High levels of salt can increase the risk of stomach cancer.
