Michelle Faith

My name is Michelle Faith. I’m a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, certified in Advanced Nutrition, certified Women’s Fitness Specialist, transformation coach and an all around fitness enthusiast. With over 10 years in the fitness industry, it’s safe to say that I’ve learned a thing or two.

Here at Gro-Fit, we help women transform through interactive programs, nutrition coaching, meal planning and one on one training. We understand what it’s like to be a busy mom, managing a household AND holding down a full time career. There’s no shortage of struggles when it comes to eating healthy and working out.
