I’m down 18 lbs, my clothes fit again, my stomach is noticeably smaller, and I have strength and energy I haven’t felt in years. ABOUT MICHELLE FAITH, BA, CPT

Hey! I'm Michelle

I wasn’t born loving fitness. In school I legit hated gym class and struggled with food and body image. In my early 20s, grief hit me hard. My body reacted physically to emotional stress and I felt like I lost control.

Movement became the first thing that made me feel strong again; mentally, emotionally, and physically. That’s where my journey truly began.

At one point someone told me I didn’t have the confidence to compete on stage. Instead of letting that define me, I made it a personal challenge. Competing became a way to rebuild trust in my body and prove to myself what I was capable of.

Now I’m a certified trainer and nutrition coach, and I’m passionate about helping women build strength and confidence in a way that feels empowering and real.
