ABOUT MICHELLE FAITH, BA, CPT

Hey! I'm Michelle

I’m so glad you’re here.

I wasn’t always someone who loved fitness. For a long time, my relationship with food, movement, and my body felt confusing and heavy. I grew up watching women struggle with confidence and self-worth, and without realizing it, I carried those patterns with me.

In my early 20s, I experienced a sudden loss that changed everything. My body reacted to grief in ways I didn’t understand, and movement became the first thing that helped me feel strong again. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Later, when someone questioned my confidence, I chose to see it as an opportunity to trust myself more deeply. Competing wasn’t about trophies. It was about reconnecting with my strength and believing in myself again.

Today, I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the founder of Gro-Fit. I help women build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable.

You don’t need to be perfect to start. You just need a place where you feel supported.
